Calls from outside that area are still answered 24/7, and we say on the first call whether a job is one we can reach.

Five parts of the metro
The regions we work in
Places are grouped the way our schedule groups them.
Intown east side
The Glenwood Avenue office sits in the middle of the east side, so Grant Park, Ormewood Park, Cabbagetown, Inman Park and East Atlanta are minutes away. The work here is mostly older houses: Victorian cottages and Craftsman bungalows with wood siding, deep porches and trim under many layers of paint, where scraping on pre-1978 homes is set up as lead-safe work. Several of these neighborhoods are local historic districts, and we talk through color review before an exterior starts.
Intown north and west
Across Virginia-Highland, Morningside, Ansley Park, Midtown and Druid Hills the housing shifts to Tudors, Mediterranean Revival stucco and mid-century ranches, with contemporary builds in Midtown. On the west side, West End and Mozley Park bring Folk Victorian cottages and bungalows. Interior work with detailed trim and plaster is common in this part of the city, as are cabinet and trim projects in older kitchens.
North Fulton and the perimeter
Up the Georgia 400 and I-285 corridors we paint in Sandy Springs, Brookhaven, Peachtree Corners and Alpharetta, where four-sides brick, early master-planned subdivisions and newer builds sit side by side. Brick painting and limewash, hardboard repair on 1970s and 1980s homes, and HOA community repaints make up much of the work here.
DeKalb and the US-78 corridor
Heading east, Decatur, Stone Mountain, Lilburn and Snellville fill in the space between our two offices. Homes here range from post-war ranches to 1990s subdivisions, and exterior repaints, deck and fence staining and pressure washing are the most common calls.
Gwinnett and Walton
The Loganville head office covers Loganville, Grayson, Lawrenceville, Dacula, Suwanee, Buford, Monroe, Conyers and, to the northeast, Winder and the rest of Barrow County. The 1990s and 2000s subdivisions across Gwinnett and Walton counties carry hardboard siding that fails once water gets behind it, so rot repair before paint is a big part of the work, alongside interior repaints and kitchen cabinets in homes getting their first major update.

Honest limits
Where coverage ends
We do not schedule regular work south of the airport or far into the south metro. In Cobb County our work centers on Marietta, East Cobb and Smyrna; west of Marietta, such as Powder Springs and Austell, is past where we can reach with the same response we give closer in.
If you are near the edge of this area, ask on the first call. We would rather tell you plainly that a job is outside our reach than book a walk-through we cannot follow through on.
Scheduling
How two offices share the work
Every call goes to one number and one scheduling desk. Intown jobs are run from the Glenwood Avenue service office; jobs east of I-285 are run from the Loganville head office. The crews, products and written scope are the same either way.
Exterior work across the whole area follows the same calendar, favoring spring and fall for paint and stain, while interior, cabinet and commercial work runs year-round.
