Who we are

What we collect

This site has no forms and no accounts. When you call us, we collect what you tell us to arrange the work: your name, phone number, address and details about the job. Calls may be recorded where the law allows, for quality and scheduling records.

What this site loads

Pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests them from Google and Google receives your IP address. Maps are only loaded if you click a View map button; that request goes to Google Maps. This site does not use advertising cookies or analytics tracking.

How we use information

We use call details to schedule walk-throughs, prepare quotes, carry out the work, follow up afterwards and keep business records. We do not sell personal information.

When information is shared

If our schedule is full or a job needs a faster start than we can give it, your call may be forwarded to another trusted local painting company so you still get help; that company then receives the details needed to contact you. We also share information when the law requires it or with service providers who help us run the business, such as phone systems.

How long we keep it

We keep job and call records for as long as needed for the work, questions you raise about completed jobs, accounting and legal requirements, and then delete or de-identify them.

Children

This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it, by calling (470) 741-8134.
