Painting Crew Atlanta paints interiors, exteriors, cabinets and trim across Fulton County, scheduled from our Glenwood Avenue service office. That covers the city of Atlanta and north Fulton cities such as Sandy Springs, Roswell, Alpharetta and Johns Creek. Older intown houses and the Roswell historic district get lead-safe, detail-heavy prep; newer north Fulton homes are mostly repaints and color changes.

Painting in Fulton County
Two very different kinds of Fulton County house
The south end of our Fulton County work is intown Atlanta: Victorian cottages, Craftsman bungalows and Tudors with wood siding, deep porches and trim under many coats of paint. On those houses, scraping and priming take as long as painting, and work on homes built before 1978 is set up as lead-safe work with containment.
Up Georgia 400 the housing changes. Roswell was originally in Cobb County and was annexed to Fulton in 1932, and the city keeps a 640-acre historic district built around its 1830s mill village, with Greek Revival homes such as Barrington Hall and Bulloch Hall beside smaller mill workers' houses. Around it, Sandy Springs, Alpharetta and Johns Creek are mostly newer subdivisions where the call is a repaint, a color change or a kitchen.
Between the two, Sandy Springs and the older parts of north Atlanta carry a lot of four-sides brick, where the paint job is mostly trim, shutters, doors and soffits, and the brick itself stays natural unless you want limewash or paint. We price those trim-heavy exteriors by linear foot rather than by wall area, so the quote reflects the real work.
